What to do If Email address / Password not Accepted?
Don't Worry! Sometimes we receive an error message showing
that your email address or password are incorrect, in many cases this happens
when your Roku has internet connection is disrupted.
Since you know, we're unable to stream Roku device if there
occurs no internet connection. In case of disconnected internet, our app can't
verify that the login information is correct (which requires internet access) it
will give you an "incorrect email address / password" error.
This can also be resolved by following the steps below:
- In Roku home page, Choose Settings > Network
- Then finally scroll to the right to "Update the Connection"
